Cape Cod Community College awards associate degrees in Arts, Science and Applied Science. We also offer several academic certificates. Each degree and certificate is based on a specific educational program of study. Depending on your choice of program, you may be preparing to apply for a job, advance your career, or transfer to a 4-year college.

The A.A. degree is designed for students who plan to transfer to a Baccalaureate (four-year) institution for the completion of a bachelor of arts (B.A.).

The A.A.S. degree provides students with course work in general education and a curriculum preparing graduates to seek careers in highly technical fields immediately upon graduation.

The Associate in Science programs provide students with general education coursework and professional skills coursework to enter the workforce in their chosen profession.

Awarded for the completion of various area of study, certificates are less than two years in length and offer students an opportunity to refresh, pick up or master a subject or skill at the post-secondary level.
Most certificates prepare the student for a specific job or aspect of a job. In some cases, credits earned for a certificate may be used towards an associate degree.
